What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Please note there is a $6.67 fee deducted from each return to cover the costs of return shipping labels and restocking fees. Exchanges are on the house.
NO returns are accepted on sale items.

No problem! Email us at support@shoptroupers.com with your order number, the item you're exchanging, and the product you'd like instead. We'll be happy to assist you!
How long does order processing take?
Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed on the next business day and shipped within three business days of order confirmation, unless the item is on backorder. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day and shipped within three business days.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also check status in your account dashboard.
